Volume doesn't help as much with dtg printing like it does with screen printing. Also 250+ total? If you take 250 and split it in half for mens and womens, then split those halves into half darks and lights, then split that up into multiple designs, etc... You lost the bulk number to get the cheaper printing. A little more info will help the forum members see if we can help you.
If you are talking about just a small design like a left chest, I'd say maybe and only on light colored garments. Dark colored garments with a white underbase and/or a large design, I doubt it for that price.
