there is one on the forum and ebay built by a member for less than 13 but most i think would be used or refurbed, we may be selling a white ink printer soon and it would be in that price and can be factory refurbished for you by us if we sell, does not need any work but may help us sell, look up easy t printer , lots of brother 541 for that from users and factory as well in or under that price

good luck, be careful buying from unknown source like ebay or china you will want support when you buy and that is important

You can check out Easy T Direct to Garment Printer. A fairly new operation out of Phoenx area. There is a thread on the forum about them..they have a couple options for you. Only a 90 warranty, which might bother some. The only other new machine in you range is the Smart Printer from Equipment: Embroidery machines, Direct to Garment Printer, Vinyl Cutters, Heat Presses
Their machine is white/light only but t would be my first choice
