We chose the printer and tried the same samples on DTG M2 and Epson F2100. Photos I send in the attachment.

+ more details

Epson F2100
Minus
- the print is cracked right after printing
- simple application pretreament - roller (DTG M2 must be sprayed)
- omitted some details

- Faster about 2x
- Colors are more uniform
- Weaker printing layer

You should never use a roller to apply pretreatment. You need to either use a hand power sprayer or, preferably, an automatic pretreater. It sounds like there was too much pretreatment applied, which is one of the major issues with the roller method, which can cause issues like cracking or poor washability. Try getting another batch of samples made using the correct pretreating method and there should be no cracking and very good washability on the prints.

In the Czech Republic / slovakia, epson does not have a pretreatment spray machine. I know that should not be done.

DTG M2 prints were pre-treated using a pretreatment machine, but after washing them, the color disappears and is cracked. Epson has almost never changed.

Does Epson's lower cost and faster print times make it the WINNER in your opinion?
Do you have your RIP optimized to overprint the white base on the M2? I am suspect that setup of your M2 process may be incomplete.
At both vendors, we provided the same files (roughly as we would then printed) and told them to print the best possible quality with the best settings.
