Hello - New to the DTG Printing world. We currently offer sp, emb, oka print, sublimation and vinyl.

We just received our first DTG machine and it prints really bad - the white is not bright, the highlight white doesn't even look like it is laying down and the other colors blend into the white to look blurred. I have watched every video the company and others offer and we still have not printed one shirt that I can sell to a client. I have tried six different brand shirts all 100% ring spun cotton and we have adjust the spider mini (pretreat) that comes with the machine in every direction.
Any advice or anyone have this same issue, please help.

what RIP are you using?
the M2 is dire at 1 pass colour prints, use 2 pass.
what are your settings and for what colour tee is the problem? white, black or colour? DPI? need more details please.
