I have a question

I am looking to increase my knowledge of the M2.
Does anybody out there know of any repair, maintance classes I can take.
I am willing to travel but I really would like to get to know this machine inside and out.

Does Col Desi offer training in this area? I have tried calling there but have not really gotten anywhere.

I do all the printing and cleaning of our machine. I do not design, sell. I work the nuts and bolts of our business. It seems mostly I see clssses or training for printing which can and our helpful.
I want to be able to fix things that go wrong with the machine itself.

Coldesi does offer training if you already have a machine or bought a machine...
plus there is online videos and training for these.

but a A-Z class inside and out, I don't think they offer this, most M2 users are learning this on their own Like ourselves.

As Anthony states, where are you located and willing to travel is what you are up against. Coldesi coming to you is a expensive cost.

I did buy the machine from them. Yes, I have watched the online videos. I managed to flush our system using one of there videos.

I was just looking to learn all the different parts, what there for and how to change them out if necessary.
I am much better off with hands on. I would like to see them offer support classes or a week seminar and hands on training.

I am willing to travel to them for this. Florida trip sounds good to me right now. I have been learning some on my own. We print fine and have no issues like that. I just feel very unprepared for problems if they should arise.
Having someone fly to us is really not an option. Too costly.

One thing on your side these M2's are very reliable and easy to work on if something does arise. that for sure is on your side sir.
