DTG Keyoints for sales people

So one of the designers I use has a small sales force that sells stuff her so I am trying to come up with important key points for DTG so they don't try selling stuff with the wrong idea in mind or to the wrong customers.

Are any of the points below wrong or incorrect about DTG printing, I know some of these will be generalized or specific to me, but are any flat out wrong:

· No Setup fees
· No per color fees
· DTG is best when needing/wanting full color, shading and gradients regardless of quantity
· DTG cannot do neon or hot pink type colors, screen printing can.
· DTG is best for 1 off's or low quantity runs under 50
· DTG is not for high quantity orders, labor and costs are the same for 1 as they are for 100.
o There are no quantity breaks beyond 75 items
o Screen printing is cheaper for runs larger than 50 and 4 colors or less even with setup fees
· DTG is a much slower process of printing than screen printing
· DTG printing looks best on ringspun cotton garments.
· Each image set (ie front back on same garment is 1 image set) being printed is considered a separate run and will start the discounts over
· Wash ability with DTG printing is generally lower than screen printing. There are ongoing changes made in the industry to improve this.
· Every job must be quoted
· All shirts are pretreated for best washability and may have a stiffer feel in printed areas until washed
· We do no wash items after printing

Does anyone have any points that I may be missing that would be good for people to know?

Thanks

The thing I usually point out to people is that DTG cannot reproduce certain colors that screen printing can by using a spot color. So a hot pink or red will look somewhat duller.

I usually try and stress the full color nature of the process. The thing is that shirt designers have developed an art of making creative designs that use the least number of colors in order to save set-up.

BUt that was a very thorough bullet-point
