I don't have a DTG branded machine, but I am able to replicate this same issue if I print out of the OEM driver using plain paper and a low resolution. So I would play around with resolution and material settings.
dtg hm1 rip pro 04 printing a double image
hi there, my first post.
new dtg hm1 customer got some serious problems when i send file from corel or photoshop i keep getting a error message. when it finaly loads in rip pro 04, i takes a full frontal image and prints 2 distorted / elongated images side by side, instead of the full frontal that it shows.......
i have no idea what to do, or what is causing this. i dont know if it is windows 7 not meshing with the rip software or what is causing this..... we have installed and uninstalled rip software several times and even done this with tech support.
any help would be greatly appreciated

thank you i was thinking the same thing i will try that, i thought maybe i was trying to high a resolution etc. i will report my findings.

well looks like that was it..... i had the resolution around 500 pixels per inch.... droped it down to 200 and seems to be working fine. thank you for your help
