Not sure if this is the right section, but I'm using a print shop in PA and we just started back printing with them after a few years and we're not sure if it's the art work or how they are pre treating the 100% cotton Bella shirts but they are coming out grainy and with an outline. But when using a Lenzing shirt they come out fine.
It almost seems as if the ink density is a bit inconsistent like some of the fabric in very tiny instances can show thru the ink. Can anyone give us some feedback?

You must be a perfectionist ;)
The blue shirt looks acceptable to me.
Black and very dark t-shirts are more difficult to print, because the require more pretreatment and more white underbase... which means it will bleed a bit more. If you had control of the printing process, you could shrink the white layer by 1px to compensate.
