Hi guys I have a Dtg M2 and right in the middle of a rush job my printer stopped and displayed an error 067 Xencoder. Can someone please help, Thank you

Have you inspected and cleaned the pf encoder disc.

We have the same error and lots of jobs to do. We have cleaned the wheel and checked that the belt is on and still no luck. We try to turn the M2 on and it goes straight to Error E067 Errr Xencoder and nothing moves or happens. Please let us know how you fixed it.

Hello,

we had the same problem. Next to the encoder disc is a sensor. Turn the disc back to the right side and refix the sensor. Then it should work.
