I wash my machine but my machine tell me that!!
Replace new cartridge ink enougth

I know what is it !! But i wash my machine i dont have ink

If your cartridge has ink in it, just reset the chip.

I reset 10 time cartridge and my machine tell me

SET INK CRTG

Again and again and again

Because i reset 15 times a change the place and is the same

5 times bottom

And that clear this message SET INK CRTG

My problem is im not a other

When i received my machine i dont have a neosol solution cleanning
So i cant wash my head and my dampers and my lines
Its big ****!!! U know
So I replace it with what?
The solution cleanning ammonia water distilled. What ...?

did you ever put the SOLVENT ink into the head? if you did, then you do NOT want to use that head with textile ink. if you did not, then you shouldn't need the solvent head clean solution.

honestly, i think it's time you called the TIGERS at AA. let someone there help you from start to finish before you do something that will mess up both machines.

he loves to post. So French.

His head never touched solvent, whole system.

it's too late.... Im in the big ****!!
I did not know this machine according to alcohol.I dont have with me the
NeoSol Cleaning Solution and

NeoSol Conditioning Solution

because i did not that on my package.
So I cleaned my neosol with distilled water and is no good no NO NO GOOOD !!
Why I did it?
because I did not know that.
I can not even make use of the machine.
Its WONDERFUL

I probably should return it on AA for the repair but its more expensive , fly and repair .
I think if i order 8 DAMPERS ,8 LINES?AND 8 etc... i can repair that but i dont know if is difficult for the lines and etc

So i have a neosol UNUSED,NEW but she dead and she sleep in my bedroom Its AMAZING

PEOPLE LOOKING FOR NEOSOL NEW UNUSED , but you made change 8 LINES ,8DAMPERS and 8 ETC..

it will be very difficult for i find a good solution

it seems to me i can change the neosol with neotex but my cartridge on the left is CMYK and on the right is CMYK i think ....

so its a soltion i made just white tee shirt

???????????

MAYBE i keep for the print head or the ccapping station or pièce

????????
