Hello,
I have a new DTF and I have a problem wiht black color.
I upload a file in CMYK where the shadow is made of 50% only black and the program changes the color and makes the shadow of cyan and yellow and there is no black at all. Which gives me the effect of a greenish shadow. How to make the printer print my shadow from black?

All of the RIPs on the market today will convert you image into a RGB image and then color correct it to the color space of the printer. Black turning green means the RIP has a bad profile for the printer. But if only K only parts of the neutrals in the image turn green it might be the CMYK profile attached to your CMYK image used for the conversion is not the correct CMYK for that CMYK image. TRY a source profile for CMYK of SWOP or a EURO color space
