On 4.5 oz., pre-shrunk 100% ringspun what is everyone using for temps and speeds... Flash drying? The ink is plastisol...

We had 2 separate orders show spots hours after they were dried... You couldn't see anything right after.

Setting will vary from dryer to dryer. On one of our dryers the heat chamber is only 4' so our temp is 500 degrees and the belt speed is 15ft/min at 5 inches for cotton but lower and slower for polyester.
The best thing to do is get an IR thermometer and make sure your ink is reaching at least 330 degrees. We check ours every day and adjust according to what material we're printing.
Believe Bob has given good advice on the conveyor dryer - if your question also included flash dryer temps - ask your ink manufacturer - most ink manufacturer's provide temps to reach (time is only a variable of how long it takes your flash to reach the temp specified). Good printing!
