I am small contract printing shop (2 employees, 1 auto, 1 manual). We get a lot of drop shipments that we have to spend time sorting/counting for our contracts. Sometimes the product is all over the place with sizes, colours, garment types and is time-consuming and frustrating to sort. Does anyone else out there charge for receiving clothing? I don't want to feel like I am nickle and dimeing (sp) my contract customers.

We don't do that but I would say you would need to build that into your pricing. You would do it anyway if you ordered the garments yourself and got them in.
