I have a little dried white permaset sc in a couple screens after reclaiming them. Is there anything I can do to remove it or am I out of luck?

A quality ghost/haze remover and a power washer will take care of that real quick.

I will try that. I used EasiWay EasiStrip but it didn’t work. I didn’t know if it had anything to do with being water-based. Thanks much!

You have to let it soak for a little bit and then hit it with the pressure washer. Not all pressure washers are powerful enough to do it, but try with what you have.

"Staining" isn't a problem. That is going to happen with black for sure. Basically the threads have been dyed by the pigment. If you have actual ink residue, that is a different matter.

Unfortunately nothing worked. Lesson learned. Rinse the screen immediately following printing and keep the mesh wet during printing.

With dried in water based ink, we soak it for awhile with Franmar Aquawash & then use the power washer. That seems to work for most WB ink problems.

EasiStrip is more of an emulsion remover. Try spraying on 701N, let it sit for 5-10 mins, scrub and spray. Should spray out pretty well.
