I have a little dried white permaset sc in a couple screens after reclaiming them. Is there anything I can do to remove it or am I out of luck?
"Staining" isn't a problem. That is going to happen with black for sure. Basically the threads have been dyed by the pigment. If you have actual ink residue, that is a different matter.Any luck with clearing the screen? What worked? I struggle with some colors of GG severely staining the threads.

Unfortunately nothing worked. Lesson learned. Rinse the screen immediately following printing and keep the mesh wet during printing.Any luck with clearing the screen? What worked? I struggle with some colors of GG severely staining the threads.

EasiStrip is more of an emulsion remover. Try spraying on 701N, let it sit for 5-10 mins, scrub and spray. Should spray out pretty well.I will try that. I used EasiWay EasiStrip but it didn’t work. I didn’t know if it had anything to do with being water-based. Thanks much!
