Assuming you are using a Roland cutter.
Make sure you have installed it as a printer on your PC
Set your design in your vector programme, corel or whatever
Remove the fill,
make the outline thickness a hairline
send to printer/cutter, print preview, set it to be bottom left corner,
print.
Done
(dont forget to reverse if you need to)
