Hi, I have a few shirts to do for someone. I am doing their business name, Barnes Landgrading on t-shirts. They want it arched and their first name under that. I am wondering what size and what is the better font to use for something like this? I did it in CutStudio about 5 inches wide and with the name under it it's about 2 inches or a little taller in height. Would this be an appropiate size? Thanks,Vicky

Is this a left chest placement?
If so I'd keep it no wider than 4". Many fonts can look good, but on an arch don't use any script fonts.

Yes, this is a left chest placement. I will have to try to resize it as I have it about 5 inches wide. I did it in the font called Cooper Lt Bt. The lettering is kind of thick, just hope it's not too thick. Thanks,Vicky
