both short and long sleeve using a Digital Printer.......maximum size would be about 5" wide and tall, nothing that would run the whole long sleeve.

I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you talking about D-T-G. Direct To Garment, printing? Or are you talking about printing with a printer/cutter such as VersaCamm? If you are talking about the VersaCamm, I wouldn't think it would be much different than creating a design for the chest, or even the back. It shouldn't be any big deal. If you are speaking of the D-T-G process, someone else will need to address this issue.
