Is it all just online sellers here?
There are a lot of people here with retail shops.
Everyone is here. Physical shops, virtual shops, suppliers, wholesalers, retailers, consumers.

We have a brick and mortar store. Hours are 10 AM to 4 PM Wed-Sat. We have a website. We are on Facebook. Majority of our business is me making sales calls on other businesses. It is all good.
Yes I do.
I have a souvenir / T-Shirt shop in a resort town. I use screen printed heat transfers and have custom designs created by various artists.
I have stayed away from custom work until now. I am currently looking to purchase a DTG printer and go after some custom work. I have tried selling other other peoples shirts online with little success (The Mountain and heat transfers from Wild Side and Art Brands). I found out that it is hard to sell other peoples stuff online and to succeed you really need to do your own designs.
I'm not the owner, but work in a pretty big shop. We also do embroidery, sewing, and vinyl and printed heat transfers in house. We also do any promotional item you can think of.
We do custom screen printing, so we aren't selling our own designs @ retail. We sell online, but the bulk of our sales are local, despite not having a storefront. We delivery locally, and handle all sales via email, occasional phone support (call & text). Most customers under 40 prefer it this way. They like the convenience of digital communication, but also like the personal touch of deliveries & dealing with someone local.

10am-4pm four days a week? I’ve gotta raise my prices so I can play more golf!
For 20 years or so we have developed a substantial wholesale customer base without a retail or brick and mortar of any kind. We work all the time. The brick and mortar opportunity came to us from some of the locals asking us to have a storefront. If we tried to make a living out of the brick and mortar only, we would be struggling.

We have the triple threat.Brick and mortar, online and print shop. In our niche market it was the only thing that made sense.
Not Brick and Mortar more like Plywood and Vinyl siding..LoL.. Run a screen printing, promotional products, sublimation printing, sign shop and farmed out embroidery out of my garage.. M-F 9-5
