I know shaking the shirt gets the big pieces off. I was wondering if any of you regularly go over shirts with a lint brush or anything before you screen print? If so what do you use. I have also used those roller with the sticky paper for my clothes, but that would get expensive using them for screen printing.

I say a device on the internet and calls itself a "clothes shaver." It's an electric device that sucks up lint.

Whitmor Deluxe Fabric Shaver : Target

Anyone use anything like that?

Dont tell me your trying to get lint off shirts before you print them.Holy cow dude, your going to drive yourself freakin crazy.Just give them a quick snap before you load them.If you get lint on the back of the screen use a piece of tape to pull it off.And for the love of God,don't shave your shirts.Sorry to be so frank but if you print shirts for a living it's just part of the package,Lint on the floor,in your nose, hair everywhere. There is no escape.
