I've been researching for months trying to find the right t shirt and printing company for my shirts. My ideal shirt is the Bella 8701. Thanks to this forum I found a very similar shirt from Alstyle. I also found a printing company..bknyprinting. So my costs are as follows:
t shirts - $2.80 each (white shirts)
printing - $5 each (2 color, 2 locations)

I also wanted to do custom labeling but you have to have a minimum of 72 shirts and i'm only starting out with 40.
So far, this is the best price combination that I found. Around $8 to produce and I plan on selling them for $20 each. What do you think?

i would say for white shirts that is too much. i can purchase 5 for $10 from a retailer and about 1.87 from blankshirts.com.

i was reading this again and realised you were looking for ladies t's. that price is not too bad after all, i can buy 3 for $10 from a retailer. good luck with it.
