Quick question - If I have reclaimed a screen and want to re-coat as soon as it's dry - do I need to degrease it again or does the reclaiming chemical essentially do that anyway? thanks

My guess is you could do it as long as you don't touch/rub up against the screen and you rinse all that chemical used for reclaiming off. Why risk it though? The cost of degreaser is pennies on an all ready wet screen compared to the cost and time of possibly wasting a screen of emulsion and the dry time.

I was going to tell about the screen I burned, set up and am printing with now that has inconsistencies and tiny areas now taped off with little pieces of tape. And I know the reason. I was in a hurry and didn't degrease it after reclaiming.

Just listen to ericcson2416 so I won't have to tell about the...oh, wait
