DIY Lights for Lay Flat Shirt Pictures

Was hoping to get some advice on an affordable light kit to take lay flat pics of t-shirts.


After looking at some videos, I am thinking of picking up LED panel lights. The Viltrox lights seem to have positive feedback and I found this kit on Amazon:

Would a pair of these lights be sufficient to take professional quality pics of shirts on a lay flat table?
