I'm researching on how to create a DIY L1800 DTG... It has 6 inks system right? now, I'm wondering If the pretreatment solution could be effectively
loaded for the 6th ink. Can it print the pretreatment solution.
Is there gonna be a problem with the printhead?

Not a good idea,, first of all the pretreatment should be dry on the garment before applying ink to it,, and not sure what adverse affect it would have on the print head. Les say that the prinhead would disperse the material it would only be coming from that one cartridge, the other colors would not be getting any..

Hmm,
I like this idea of printing your pre-treatment of the same design. You could print the pre-treament--have a removeable platen (indexed) take it to the heat press. Press it and then take it back to the printer and print with ink.
