Here is a quick tip that I picked up.
When I first started with discharge and waterbase printing, my screen would clog most of the time. I went ahead and purchased a reducer to prevent clogging so often. The reducer worked! I haven't had a clog screen since using it..
...Here's the kicker that took me weeks to figure out, after I bought the reducer I realize that for most of my jobs, I end up PFP (print, flash, print). I never used to PFP before but now it's on every job I need to.
Tip: Don't over do it with the reducer, it does infact make your discharge less visible.
I must admit that I did go over the recommend amount of 10% of overall weight when mixing. The non-clogging got to my head!
