Hello, probobably you do not agitate white ink properly. Shake the cartridges well everyday before turning the printer on. Remember to shake the ink in bottles and do not use outdated ink.

During the night TiO2 (which is the white dye in the ink) settles from the rest and that's why you need to shake the ink in the morning. You cannot shake ink in the tubes so you'll probably need to do at least 2 cleaning to get solid, opaque white.

If the situation is bad and you (or someone else) do not shake the ink well so far, you may need to flush the system with cleaning solution or in the worst case replace the whole system. Once a printer from my town came to me for an advice with the same problem as you. When I ask him if he agitate the ink he said "no". He had to replace the parts, so he sell the printer and now he is outsourcing the jobs to me
