I'm getting ready to start a new business and I want to be able to print on uniforms (mesh and dazzle). I've just started doing research on the DTG machines and haven't found the types of materials they print on. Has anyone used a dtg printer on mesh/dazzle jerseys? or Can you print on this type of jersey? If not, what is the best method for printing on mesh/dazzle jerseys?

Hi We have printed in mesh and dazzle before on basketball jersies and we had to put poster board between them so that ink would not go through the other side. and could only hold heat press for a 1 1/2 minutes or it would melt you have to let cool in between if you want to do for more time. you can also use vinyl letters and you press it for about 30 seconds or so

yes a few but over all its okay you may want to buy a screen printer also because we have lost a lot of money having to turn down orders because ours machine is not fast enough to produce in a timely manner. the adverising will tell you 30 to 50 shirts an hr but that is not true unless you are printing really small on a shirt and nobody wants a little tiny pic. And Garments don't shine like most either
