I'm trying to find somewhere online where I can buy this shirt in a Medium or smaller, preferably a Youth Extra-Large:

I found a size Large on eBay, but not medium or smaller. They say it might run small though:

Seems like it's a rare item, not being printed anymore. So ebay and vintage shops are probably the only sources for this. Maybe craigslist

If you *really* want it in a smaller size, you could always buy the large one and take it to a tailor for alterations.

I've thought about that, but the print on the shirt in the auction found at that link in the post above yours for some reason looks like it takes up a great deal of the shirt surface, moreso than in the picture I posted, so I don't know how well it'd work
