Digitizing a Logo Help Needed

Need more info? i'm not familiar with that software but are you using the auto feature that automatically digitizes it or are you doing it by hand? What material are you embroidering it on? If you can send me what you have I might be able to help you better. My email is [email protected].

Like you, Jenny, I've had no good success in getting well done, crisp logos by following the manual, and the only answers, until today, have been "just keep trying". Thankfully, I've found a really good digitizer (Richard Tang; Richt74) who has been quite willing to take on my designs at a reasonable rate, but that's not quite the same thing is it?

I'm going to check out Ted's suggestion about the yahoo Brother PR600 group and see if that gives some answers. I wish you success
