You should probably post this in the referrals and recommendations forum if you are looking for a digitizer...

That being said... check the free designs forum on sewforum.com - I've seen several lions/tigers designs posted there for free.

We have made hundreds of african animal designs.
The image you have sent will not come out nice because the mane has been cropped out.
Attached 2 designs for you to see which we made at tshirt front size.
