Digital heat Dfx knock out black issue
Newbie here!
First picture that I am working with and I’m stuck...the back ground is black and when I use the knock out black option the background changes to gray...I did the rip and checked raw data and even printed it....and the gray is still there. It’s a png file. Can anyone suggest what I can try? Maybe another software? I’m only one day in ...
