HI,
We have an Epson SCF 2000 and print using Digital Factory Apparel.
Usually, we can import Photoshop PSD files to Digital Factory Apparel and print. However, we had a file the other day to print on a black shirt, that started to print fine but then stopped halfway through the print with an error. Tried it again a number of times and it failed each time. l rebooted both the printer and PC (which runs Windows 10) and the problem still persisted.
I ended up saving the file as a PNG and JPG and trying it again. The PNG failed but the JPG worked.
As anyone come across this before?
I have also noticed that some PSD files that have hidden layers also cause problems when saved as PNG and printed using Digital Factory Apparel.
Is this a bug or am I doing it wrong?
Cheers,
Graham
