Photopolymer is easier. They dont need to be mixed, they have a long shelf life, they expose easy and faster. A good dual cure like rlx or udc-2 gets very good detail and fine lines/halftone dots. They are less forgiving and take longer to expose.
I recently swithced from qtx to chromablue, now to udc-2. The detail and resolution of udc-2 is unbelievable!
