Greetings!
I'm ready to dive into screenprinting and have everything I need.. minus the exposure calculator. How can I determine my optimal exposure times without that valuable piece of equipment?
I know this varies from one person's setup to another, but I need a ballpark figure.
This is what i'll be using:
Emulsion: Either Tubelite TTX or Murakami Photocure TXR
Exposure Unit: Ryonet's 25x26 Large Exposure Unit (uv bed-type (8 bulb) fairly new bulbs)
Screen Mesh: 110 with two coatings (one squeegee and one print)
Any suggestions as to where I might be able to pick a calc or step wedge test in Orlando/Central Florida would also be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
