Hello everybody,
I started looking into screenprinting for the last 3 months and recently a Boxing gym in my town came to me with an investment for screenprinting equipment so I can make Official clothing for their gym(sort of a partnership). This is the List of equipment I have compiled. Please point out mistakes and solutions if possible.

-Homemade screenpress with plans from printingplans.com(I have access to a woodshop and experienced woodworkers)
-Software-Coreldrawx6 with complete bundle from advancedtshirt.com(This shd be good for rip and color sep right?)
-Conveyer dryer
-Screens 10 of 110mesh, 10 of 160, 10 of 230
-Supersize starter chemicals and inks or shd I buy them separate?
-flash dryer
-exposure unit with vacuum capabilities
-Epson printer and film

I airbrush so I have a lot of artwork and designs just need to learn how to put it onto screens lol. This is just a start-up Limit $7000 I will invest in more equipment as it gets going but I want to do the best I can with what I have atm. Thanks

I would go on a course. Then you will figure everything out. Some courses also give you a discount on supplies, so you get your money back.

My sister went on a course and then afterwards, she was able to rent the equipment and shop space to use herself. Check out your local area and see if you can do that. That way you get to use all the right gear for minimal cost and you get to save all the money.

Would you know of any course in Canada, alberta? or online options?

I live in the Caribbean, so that's a no from me!

There's nothing like hands-on experience, tbh. I taught myself with a year of research on YouTube and on this forum and then dove in. I'm pretty technical, though, so pick up things like this very very quickly.

I would do an online search. Check out local collages to see if there is a course. In the UK, there are all kinds of independent courses that people hold that are really great - everything from artisan baking, through to water colour painting. See if there are any local courses to you!

If not - check out Ryonet for courses. You may have to travel, but the courses are cheap and many people think they are great.
