Desperately in need of help

Hey guys!!! It's me once again asking for help. So as you guys know I am trying to run my clothing line called Notorious Graffiti. I did what most amateurs do and just opened a shop expecting to just sell shirts withyou cool designs. Now, don't get me wrong. I know who my target audience is (young adults from 15-30, mostly men) and I have one single topic that my line focuses on (hip hop culture). Now all I really want to do is find out how to start out correctly so that when I open my shop again I can expect more sales. I'm already working with a printing company to get some shirts printed because I was thinking of doing some shirt giveaways. I also plan on going to a vending event so I can network. Basically, I just want tips on what I can do to do to start up a successful line.

When you want to buy a t-shirt, what are the top 3 online stores you buy from?
I'm pretty new myself man but what I've seen help me in traffic to my website was back links. Just start a few social media projects like pinterest or a blog and have your link sitting in your profile or posts. Other then that locally you could do market stalls? I found my expectations for markets were a little high but if you go with some flyers and you make your main focus driving interest in your site/shirts then you will be less disappointed if you don't sell and have spread the word about your sick new line.
I've checked your stuff out and man.. you somehow put the carriage before the horse. You talk a big game about a ''hip hop brand'' and CEO and blabla but you dont even have a working webstore? its ridiculous

If i were a customer and saw a website half way done, promising t-shirts but no actual store just a brick wall and on top of that the ''brand'' i know NOTHING about is asking me to donate my hard earned money...would I take the time to go find my credit card? its a cold hard no.

I think you should have the shirts made, a FUNCTIONAL website and a business plan BEFORE launching a ''brand'' and giving yourself the empty title of "CEO, Founder and Head designer".

i know i'm rude but sometimes you need someone to give you a slap in the face. Rethink some stuff.
Thank you so much for the cruel yet very much needed criticism. What are your opinions on the two designs I put up? And also any tips on how I can look the actual website (not the store portion) look less amateur?

Also, the reason that I haven't opened my shop yet is because I was still doing a little research on how good weebly's ecommerce set up was but I see now that it works better to open a shop through my own domain rather than rely on Storenvy.
I would suggest focusing on your designs for now. I have found that having 1 or 2 designs only won't do much to draw interest unless they are extremely good.

Keep designing away and don't stop until you get 12-15 designs. You don't have to print them all but you would at least have more designs to get feed back on.

Having just 2 designs is limited. So, what if your target audience says they both suck? Then what? The odds are better for you to find a few good ones from 12-15 vs just 2. Take your time and get it right the 1st time. Business is a marathon not a sprint.

Side note: You might wanna remove the donate button from your site. Nobody will donate money to a site to have them try and sell them something later on. Don't beg, GRIND!

Check out squarespace.com they have the whole shopping cart set up ready to use. Costs about $24/month but its incredibly easy to use and looks professional. I use it to host my small clothing line (find a discount code it saves you 20%)

Your designs are fine and the fact you design them yourself is gold! I suck at drawing so i have to hire graphic designers or buy rights to some designs. I'm positive they would sell you just need to present it better make yourself stand out and grind from the bottom up. Go throw some shirts at some rappers/dancers even if they're local it gets your shirts seen. Send a few out to strategic people. I started with a few snapbacks around my neighbourhood and word spread next thing you know my brand was a local trend and it spread into the city and sales started going up.. Remember: everyone wants what everyone wants.

EDIT: Go watch Daymond John's (FUBU Creator) Mentor Lessons on YouTube he's the OG in hip-hop streetwear he gives great advice wich I use everyday.
