Scan an trace image in Illy or Corel Draw.

Tracing is not a requirement of printing. It's generally just extra and unnecessary work that sometimes will drastically change the look of the art.

Thank you for your help as it is really important to me that these pictures get printed

This is good advice. I would talk to some local printers and see what they think, they can recommend how they would do it, and probably take care of it as part of the order.

It is hard to make a recommendation without seeing the artwork, but there a generally many ways to skin a cat. A lot depends on how many shirts you are ordering and your budget, but talking to different printers will give you some different options and you can choose what makes the most sense.

Good luck,
Nick
If you have a decent scanner, Window Fax and Scan will let you scan at 300 or 600 dpi.
If you have Photoshop, just use the magic eraser tool to get rid of the paper. Or if you have friends that like to do graphic work, they could do it for you (or better yet, teach you).
Don't have and can'afford Photoshop? Try GIMP. Its free. It doesn't come with all of the bells and whistles as PS, but you can accomplish much the same thing.
