I'm an Illustrator guy but also own Photoshop. I do my designs mainly in Illustrator, when you open in Photoshop, it allows you to set the file to RGB even if you designed in CMYK. Once open in Photoshop your design can be saved as a PNG file and then opened in Garment Creator to prepare for printing. Hope that helps!

The Epson F2000 and F2100 want an RGB file as it's input file. It doesn't care or know at what stage it is converted to an RGB file at all so either choice should be fine.

I would start out as an RGB file to keep my colors true. JMHO.
