Just started printing shirts back in March, been using free-fonts at dafont.com... but I'm startin' to really think it would be awesome to design a font for some shirts, and then give back to the community for other designers to use for personal and commercial reasons.

Has anybody here ever made their own fonts for shirts? what's the best software to use? any good references?
