Hey guys, im new to all of this and ive been looking around this site to get as much info as possible and its really helped out alot.
well i need design software and idk whats best for me since im a beginner and i dont have enough money for photoshop or corel yet so if there are any good ones out there that r kinda cheap please let me know. =]

you can find beginner versions of photoshop called photoshop elements at like Bestbuy or other electronics stores for around a hundred bucks. Illustrator is a good one to have too (i just got it) but its probably super expensive. There are numerous free software programs that you can download and use that work better then Microsoft Paint...
