Well I finally got the chance to see a design I commissioned printed.

The design was done by Revboyjames aka Freelance Fridge from an idea in my head.

The samples are courtesy of the good folks at equipment zone and from their Veloci-Jet

I am appreciative of the samples as I go about comparing printers. I will post up all the samples I receive along with wash test results and anything else I can think of.

Yes they are cool images!
I noticed Kevin printing that on the mod1 a couple of days ago so you should be receiving the samples any day now.

In fact, they turned out so good we took a couple shots of the finished product to compare it to the original.

I will post them as soon as I can dig them up on our server.

excellent, great to hear. I will post them up as well once I receive the shirts. First of many designs I hope. Revboyjames did me right and was excellent to deal with in regards to exclusive copyrights.

Hey James, I sent a sample out to you Wednesday as well. I'm assuming you should have it on Monday. Of course all I had was the original file you gave. The resolution was pretty low, so I made the best of it. But I threw something else in there I think you might like....

Thanks, Jerid. If that was the design that my unit came up with, I certainly wont base any decisions on it... I completely understand garbage in = garbage out. I have a platoon shirt designed that will require white ink and an order of 55 shirts waiting on my decision on a printer. Thankfully, since we just got back from Iraq we dont have a reserve weekend until Oct and that one is at a hotel, so I have till Nov.

Well thanks again for serving! My brother just got back from Afghanistan and I have another one who just left in July. Freedom isn't free!

thanks, My son has been to afghanistan multiple times with the Army and my other son just enlisted in the Marines. I have Desert Storm/ OEF and OIF deployments under my belt.

It may not be free but you'd think we could at least find it on sale once in a while.
