My shirts will be one or two line jokes. I am going to have a logo on the breast that integrates the company name. I was then going to have the one or two lines of text below. Is it generally better to have both on the front or have the joke on the back?

I would put them both on the front...Looking at the most successfull t-shirt websites on the internet, you will find that there designs are one sided on the front (t-shirt hell, threadless, cafepress, etc.)

I would suggest putting the joke on the front and your company logo on the back neckline.

Unless you are a huge company like "Big Johnson", then most people don't want to wear your company name on their chest. You'll have a better shot at them wearing your joke on their chest and saving the branding for the back or sleeve area.

Also, I am including the company name "TheSarcasmShop.com" in the logo. The text is going to be curved in the shape of a smile with a "wink face" added above. Is it generally acceptable to have the .com in there?

Sure, I put my website address (in the form of a stylized logo) on almost all of my products.
