Hi, I bought some transfers and this one the customer called
and complained that it was peeling at the edges.
The transfer is # A9834b Fillet and release Fish. I pressed as per instructions on 100% cotton white long sleeve T-shirt.
Any advice on what may be going wrong?
Thanks
Joe

Sounds like it could be a pressure problem but it is difficult to diagnose. I would suggest that the customer return the shirt and you can press it again. Make sure to cover it with a Teflon sheet or piece of parchment paper.

Hi thanks for responding, when I called customer service she told me not to use teflon just the direct heat over the transfer, that the teflon was not letting it get enough heat.
Maybe I will try more pressure see if that helps
Thanks

Ed is a transfer guru. Taking his advice would be a good thing. He was referring to using teflon sheet when repressing. Do you not repress after peeling? That is always a good idea. Around 5 seconds usually works. Do you prepress before application of the transfer? Also a good idea. 5ish seconds usually works fine.
