I have an order for shirts with a vintage fill. I am using Corel Draw 4 and don't have that. Anyone have any ideas ?

Tell us what a vintage fill is. Are you trying to make the design distressed?

If by vintage fill you mean a grunge or distressed look on your artwork, the way I know how to apply it is directly on the digital file/artwork in .psd or .ai files before burning your screen.

IF for photoshop, issue a google search for grunge filters and/or brushes.

IF for illustrator, issue a google search for vector grunge backgrounds

There are many out there for free, you just need to invest a little time in looking. Good luck.
