Hello folks,I'm at the very point where I'm going to purchase my first cutter.I think we've decided on a GCC 24 Expert LX. I have gone back and forth with this decision for about a week. The other choice because of affordability was a US Cutter. It just seems like with all the research I've done GCC has taken the lead. The only thing that bothers me is that it won't cut twill. Any last minute advice is greatly appreciated...thanks

Yeah I would love to get a Roland but the funds won't permit me.I would'nt try to cut twill all day just a couple times maybe to do some sweatshirts or hoodies. I see the used ones online but are a little "leary" about buying a used one.But what's for sure is that we are getting one this week.Doing signs and decals and "one of's" is too much business to let walk out our doors.

Ive had my gcc expert 24lx for about 2 1/2 months and love it. It has helped me generate a lot of profit cutting vinyl for my heat press and window decals. Overall the stepper motor gets the vinyl cut in a timely fashion and wasnt as loud as i thought it was going to be.

I would recommend this plotter/cutter to start out with, GCC also has great customer service. Ive had a few issues and each time GCC has been able to take over my pc and install any updates or make any adjustments needed to get me running again.
