I can't thank you enough for your expertise and patience in taking what I saw was a nightmare in configuring my Ricoh GX7000. You have excellent instructional technique and made it so easy to follow. I can now say that I truly do love the way the Ricoh prints - can't wait to turn my epson 1400 back into a regular printer and NO more bulk system headaches plus the savings on ink too is a big wahooooooooo! thanks again - Just another quality service provided by Conde systems.

I also want to thank David for help in setting up my Ricoh gx3300n.
As it goes sometimes, my computer did not want to be easily setup. David spent over an hour with me going through various settings until ultimately we (actually he) got it printing. Colors are great and I am very happy with the printer.
