Hello all after i print my images on epson 1430 and after pressing the images are so dark not burnt just dark Im printing on 50/50 cotton and using jpss. I dont know if its the quality of shirts or do I need to lighten picture. yet I have order to fill for a church womens group and im unsure of the shirts i should use weather to go with 50/50 or order 100 rung spin... Plz help I use permanent ink and I have a cis

Have you gotten good results with the same setup on different shirts in the past? I'm assuming not.

Are you using a color profile for that specific combination of printer/inks/paper?

If YES
Make sure you have turned off color management in the printer driver and instead are managing color from the program you are printing from (PhotoShop or whatever). Make sure the correct color profile is selected and that all settings are as the profile requires (probably plain paper and high quality).

If NO
Why not?

Final question:
Is you monitor color calibrated and high quality?
If not, you cannot really depend upon what you see on it.
To be honest, I have not profiled my own monitor. But it cost $$$$ and was profiled at the factory, and has been accurate enough for my purposes.
