To get a perfect white, and even better, to do it every time, in one pass...

Here is the secret sauce:

1. In acrorip -->
130-150 percent white (80-85 color)
1440x1440 (white, large dot size)
One white, one color pass.
2. Pretreatment is key:
Spray on two light coats.
Use a foam roller to lightly press pretreat into fabric.
Press at 340 degrees for 20-30 seconds.
3. Final tip...
Print immediately after treating.

I stumbled into these specific settings, but they work perfectly!

The pressingmales a perfect flat surface, and the pretreat still being warm might help.

My inks are all Firebird Epson DTG ink.
My pretreat is Firebird also.

Try this and share your results! I'll post a picture tomorrow!

Good luck!

There we go:

This is 1440x1440, large dot white, 150% white, and print white under every colored pixel.

Second image is the color overlay in the finished print.
I would be careful printing Harley stuff if you do not have a license agreement to do so. They can be VERY aggressive to people/shops that use their name and or logo on things without permission.

I know people who have been sued over making as little as a couple decals. Them and Disney are pretty consistent in protecting their trademarks vigorously.

But other then that the shirt looks pretty nice!

That was a not for sale one. Printed for a family member. I can post a couple of our designs we did though. We only sell custom designs anyway. Like anyone else, I might see something I think would be epic for a T-Shirt and I'll make one for me or my family. Or I might set something like "Star Wars" in the same way a baker makes a "Star Wars" cake. I got one, print not T-Shirt I did for a new father and Star Wars fan...
