Hi

I have a sawgrass sg400. I am using Ricoh ink

However for some reason the cyan ink prints but will not transfer onto a mug or a shirt, therefore I am now having problems with my green and purple because the blue wont transfer so green stays yellow and purple stays pink

All the other colours come out perfect

Could it be that the cyan ink they sold me was maybe not sublimation ink and rather ordinary ink, bottle maybe marked wrong

Any advice??

I wasn't aware Ricoh made sublimation inks.

Do you mean you are using 3rd party Ricoh-compatible inks? Only buy reputable compatible inks. You'll find many posts in here detailing reputable suppliers.

I am from south africa, Little difficult to find ink.
The ink is compatible with the printer, just that there is something not right with the cyan ink
