Hey all, I need help quickly, one of my HM1's is back feeding the Cyan ink. I have replaced the Damper, primed it, and it holds until I do a head cleaning or initiate printing of any kind. Its a new print head so I am hoping that is not the case. There is no ink leaking from the line. Any ideas? Gotta get it back up because I cannot get anyone to look at it until Tuesday of next week. Thanks!

check to see if there is a slit in the capping top on the pump and cap. Where did you get your damper? Did you put the o-ring in?

Thanks I actually found it, I took the line our and ran soapy water through them and found out that the Cyan line had a crack in it. It would hold ink as long as the carriage unit was still but as soon as the lines was flexed it would let air in and back feed. Getting a new set of lines first thing Tuesday.
