Does this Twill have a backing? You should only cut Twill if it has a backing. Otherwise you will cut through to your cutting strip.
cutting Twill Heat Permanent
I have some Twill Heat Permanent that was purchased from Twill USA. I can not find any cutting instructions on this. I have a Roland GX-24. I have used force from 80 up to 200. The off set is set to .225 and speed is 40. I have put a new 60 degree blade in as well. At the higher force the twill bunches up and dose not advance in the cutter. At the lower force it dose not cut the twill. Any suggestions on what settings to use?
